Welcome to Quiky.email. These terms apply when you use our website at quiky.email, our APIs, and our optional browser extension (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Services.

Description of the Services

Quiky.email offers AI-assisted tools to help you draft and refine emails and related text. You may use the output for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms and applicable law.

Some features need an account; some plans are paid and may include usage limits or quotas. We may add, change, or pause features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

AI suggestions are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate. You decide what to send or publish; you are responsible for reviewing and editing content and for complying with laws and third-party rights.

Accounts, sign-in, and payments

Where sign-in is required, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your access secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment provider. Card details are handled by that provider, not stored on our servers in full. Refunds follow what we state at checkout and what the law requires.

User conduct

By using the Services, you agree not to:

• Break applicable laws or infringe others’ rights
• Use the Services to create or spread unlawful, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or harmful content
• Attack, overload, or try to bypass our security, rate limits, or access controls
• Upload malware or otherwise disrupt the Services
• Scrape or misuse the Services in ways that harm us, other users, or the infrastructure

We may investigate abuse and restrict access when needed.

Intellectual property

The Services themselves (software, branding, design, and our site content) belong to Quiky.email or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

What you type in remains yours. We need permission to host and process your inputs so we can run the tools, generate output, keep history for signed-in users where that feature exists, and keep the Services safe. That permission lasts while we provide the Services and you have content with us, subject to backups and legal requirements.

Articles and editorial content on the site may not be copied in large part without permission. You may share short excerpts with a link to the original page.

Use of generated content

Output from the tools is for you to use, including commercially, as long as your use respects these terms and the law. You do not have to credit Quiky.email, though a mention is welcome. You remain responsible for ensuring the text does not violate someone else’s rights or mislead readers.

Third-party AI providers process parts of your requests as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not control their systems. Similar wording may appear for different users; do not rely on the tools for guaranteed uniqueness of short or generic phrases.

Disclaimers

We aim to run a reliable product, but the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Any reliance on AI output or on information on the site is at your own risk.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data) arising from your use of the Services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Using the Services means you also accept that policy where it applies.

Advertising

Some pages may show ads (for example through Google AdSense). Ad networks may use cookies or similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy and in their own policies. We do not control those technologies end to end.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access (including your account) if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms, put the Services or others at risk, or must do so for legal or security reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory protections for consumers in your country say otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms, unless applicable law requires a different process.
