Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 April 2026
This policy describes how Quiky.email (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our website, optional browser extension, and related services (together, the “Services”). If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Services.
Who this applies to
The Services are operated in connection with quiky.email. For privacy questions, use the contact details at the end of this page.
Information we collect
Account and profile
When you create an account or sign in (including magic links), we process identifiers such as your email address and name (if you provide one), through our authentication provider. We use this information to run your account, secure access, and show you subscription or usage information where applicable.
Content you submit (including AI features)
To generate suggestions, we process the text and fields you enter (for example prompts, message context, tone, or URLs you submit when a tool requests them). We may run automated content checks (including moderation) before or as part of generation.
For signed-in users, we may store outputs and related form data in your email history so you can review past generations in the app. You should avoid submitting special categories of data (for example health information) unless a tool explicitly requires it and you choose to provide it.
Payments
If you purchase a paid plan, payment processing is handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers; payment data is processed according to the provider’s terms and privacy policy.
Feedback and support
If you contact us through the feedback or support flows, we process the information you send (for example your message and, if you include it, an email address) so we can respond and improve the Services.
Technical, security, and abuse prevention
We collect typical technical data such as IP address, user agent, approximate region (for example from network or edge metadata), timestamps, and request logs. We use this to operate the Services, secure our systems, enforce rate limits and quotas, prevent abuse, and understand reliability and performance.
We may use CAPTCHA or bot-detection services (for example Cloudflare Turnstile) to protect forms and APIs.
Optional browser extension
If you use the Quiky Email browser extension, it opens our tools in a browser side panel that communicates with quiky.email over HTTPS using the same sign-in session as the website (where supported by your browser).
The extension does not inject scripts into third-party websites you visit — including webmail providers such as Gmail or Outlook — and does not read or scrape the content of pages you have open. This is a deliberate design choice. You write or generate text in the side panel and copy it into your email client yourself; the extension has no access to your drafts or inbox.
Any text you submit to generate email content is covered by the Content you submit section above, and AI processing is covered by the AI processing and third-party providers section.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services (including AI-assisted drafting tools)
- Authenticate users, manage subscriptions and quotas, and show account-related information
- Store history for signed-in users who use features that save generations
- Communicate with you about support or important service notices when appropriate
- Detect, investigate, and help prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues
- Comply with legal obligations
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and local storage where needed for session and security (for example staying signed in), preferences, and service functionality. In production we may use analytics scripts to understand traffic and product usage. Some parts of the site may show advertisements through Google AdSense; those partners may use cookies or similar technologies as described in their policies.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may limit sign-in or other features.
AI processing and third-party providers
Generative features rely on model providers (for example OpenAI). When you use AI tools, your inputs and related context needed to complete the request are sent to those providers to produce output. Their processing is governed by their terms and privacy policies.
We also rely on subprocessors that help us run the product, including for example:
- Hosting and edge / security (for example Cloudflare)
- Authentication and database (for example Supabase)
- Payments (for example Polar)
- Transactional email (for example Resend)
- Analytics (for example Ahrefs and Cloudflare analytics where enabled)
- Optional URL fetching for specific tools (for example Firecrawl when you provide a URL)
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with providers only as needed to provide the Services or as required by law.
Advertising
Where Google AdSense or similar ad services are enabled, ads may be personalized by those networks according to their policies. You can learn more about Google’s use of cookies in advertising in Google’s help and privacy resources. We do not control third-party ad technologies beyond our integration choices.
International transfers
Our infrastructure and subprocessors may process data in the United States and other countries where they operate. When data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards where required (such as standard contractual clauses offered by providers) in addition to this policy.
Retention
We retain information as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account and history data may be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, subject to backups and legal retention requirements.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal data, or to object or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your request.
Children
The Services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised policy.
